چراغ UV6000یک لامپ UV قابل حمل و دستی برای کاربردهای تست غیر مخرب فلورسنت مانند تست نفوذ فلورسنت و بازرسی ذرات مغناطیسی فلورسنت است.
EV6000 دارای پرتوی یکنواخت و بدون نقاط داغ و عرض پرتو 9 اینچ/ 23 سانتیمتر است.
دستگاه EV6000 دارای گواهینامههای NDT برای لامپهای UV LED
همچنین دارای گواهینامههای Aerospace Prime و OEM برای طیف انتشار و مشخصات پرتو است.
هر دستگاه با گواهی انطباق سازنده ارائه میشود که مطابق یا فراتر از تمام مشخصات فعلی برای استفاده با تست نفوذ مایع فلورسنت و ذرات مغناطیسی است.
از جمله مزایا این چراغ زمان بازرسی قطعات را به حداقل میرساند.
با یکی از عریضترین و یکنواختترین پرتوهای موجود در بازار، زمان بازرسی را تسریع میکند. به لطف LEDهای با شدت بالا، علائم حتی در لبه پرتو 9 اینچی / 23 سانتیمتری نیز به وضوح قابل مشاهده هستند.
تقریباً برای هرگونه بازرسی با مایع نافذ فلورسنت یا ذرات مغناطیسی قابل استفاده است. طیف وسیعی از قطعات، از جمله قطعات هوافضا را بدون نگرانی بازرسی کنید. انطباق کامل با مشخصات NDT، از جمله ASTM E3022 و RRES 90061 قابلیت اطمینان در دنیای واقعی را افزایش میدهد.

Hand-Held LED UV Lamp
The EV6000 LED UV lamp is a portable, hand-held UV lamp for fluorescent non-destructive testing applications like fluorescent penetrant testing and fluorescent magnetic particle inspections.
The EV6000 features a uniform beam with no hot-spots and a 9 in / 23 cm wide beam, 33% wider than the next widest hand-held UV lamp in the industry.
Custom-designed optics provide intense and even UV-A coverage of UV-A to easily identify indications, and an integrated filter ensures minimal visible light emission to improve inspection reliability.
The EV6000 is certified to NDT standards for LED UV lamps and certified for Aerospace Prime and OEM specifications for emission spectrum and beam profile. Each unit is shipped with a manufacturer’s certificate of conformance which meets or exceeds all current specifications for use with fluorescent liquid penetrant and magnetic particle testing.
NOTE: Handheld UV lamps were temporarily manufactured with black handles from approximately July 2022 to mid-June 2023.
